JEDDAH, 25 March 2008 — A young Saudi man in his 20s was found dead in his apartment in Jeddah’s Jameah district, reports said yesterday.
The police report stated that the body was stabbed several times with a sharp object, which is believed to be the cause of death. Forensic experts were seen examining the crime scene for clues and police personnel surrounded the area, which was dominated by students of nearby King Abdulaziz University.
Police spokesman Col. Misfir Al-Juaid said the doors of the apartment were locked from the inside, which indicates that the murderer used the window.
