RIYADH, 4 May 2008 — International Indian School, Riyadh (IISR) has gone high tech by launching its own IT Center and setting up two computer labs, one each for boys and girls. Indian Ambassador M.O.H. Farook opened the labs recently. “I wish to see IISR present itself as a role model for all schools in Saudi Arabia,” said the ambassador. The computer labs are now equipped with 90 new PCs, while an e-mail network has been set up to ensure better communication between parents and school officials.
