MADINAH: The King Abdul Aziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA), and Emaar E.C., which is developing the King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), have signed a memorandum of understanding to make joint efforts to develop knowledge-based industries in the Kingdom.

Mohammed Al-Suwaiyel, president of the KACST, Amr Al-Dabbagh, governor of SAGIA, and Fahd Al-Rasheed, executive president of the Emaar E.C., signed the MoU in Jeddah recently.
