RIYADH: A new venture, Zamil Hudson Company, will begin operations with a new manufacturing facility at a special seminar today in Dammam. The new firm is a joint venture between Zamil Industrial, an international manufacturing and fabrication group, and Hudson Products Corporation — through its affiliate Hudson Products Middle East LLC, a world leader in the manufacture of Air Cooled Heat Exchangers (ACHE).
Executives and board members of Zamil Industrial and Zamil-Hudson Company will speak at the event. Presentations will also be held. More than 50 executives from Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) and various other major industrial and international contracting companies are expected to participate in the seminar.
The focus of the gathering will be the launch of the company’s new manufacturing facility, located in the Eastern province with a 50-50 investment.
“The inauguration of the new manufacturing facility displays the synergistic results of our dynamic partnership to the regional business community,” Abdulla Al-Zamil, chief operation officer of Zamil Industrial, said, adding that Zamil Hudson represents the highest level of engineering, manufacturing and management expertise working within a regional economic environment that is conducive to the company’s efforts.
Al-Zamil said that the company’s target is to become a leading manufacturer in the region.
