JEDDAH: Interior Minister Prince Naif has instructed Saudi missions abroad not to provide job visas to illiterate foreigners, the Saudi Press Agency reported yesterday.
The measure was taken after a study found that uneducated foreign workers topped the list of criminals in the Kingdom. Prince Naif had set up a team of researchers to conduct a study on crimes committed by expatriate workers.
