AL-JOUF: An Indian worker died yesterday in Abou Ajram center, 50 km from Domat Al-Jandal.

The worker, who is an employee of a mining company, was found dead in his room at the company’s housing facility. Co-workers called the authorities after discovering their colleague’s death.

Primary investigations concluded that the worker might have died from hypothermia because the victim’s room did not contain any heating system.

Meanwhile, a teacher attacked his school’s principal in Tabarjal, Al-Jouf last Wednesday because he refused to sign an urgent vacation application.

After a brief argument, the teacher punched the principal in the face, which sparked a fight between the two.

Teachers and students intervened until the arrival of the police who arrested the teacher and transferred him to the Directorate of Education for an investigation.

The principal of the school was taken to the hospital after suffering some bruises from the fight.
