KHAMIS MUSHAYT: Indian open school exam 2009 will be held between 9 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. from March 23-27, according to an official announcement here.
The exam is a distance education program organized annually by Indian International School-Jeddah (IISJ) at places where there are no branches of the school, or in remote areas. Students study IISJ syllabus for the whole year and in the last week of March appear for the exam at various centers conducted by the school from KG to 8th class with Central Board of Secondary Certificate (CBSC) syllabus.
An average of 600 students appear for the exam at centers spread across the Kingdom’s Western and Southern regions. The centers include Makkah, Madinah, Taif, Abha, Mahail, Najran, Jazan, Bisha, Baha, Qunfuda, Al-Leith, Yanbu (Royal Commission), Yanbu (Cement Plant), and Afif, aside from Khamis Mushayt.
