MADINAH: Police arrested an Arab woman for withdrawing SR25,000 from the account of a Saudi national using a stolen ATM card, a police spokesman told Arab News yesterday.
The woman admitted that she used to swindle people withdrawing cash from ATMs by telling them she needed money for an emergency but could not withdraw more than SR5,000. She would request them to help her saying she would deposit the money in their accounts the next day.
