JEDDAH: The National Commercial Bank (NCB) has announced a donation of SR2 million to provide relief to the victims in Gaza in response to the plea made by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah. The bank has launched a campaign for public donations to support the people of Gaza and stand by them in the current crisis, and help them confront the Israeli aggression.

NCB Chairman Abdullah Bahamdan said in a press release this week that the bank’s contribution to the campaign was in keeping with the king’s plan and affirmation of the solidarity between the Saudi community and its leadership.

Bahamdan expressed his happiness over the Kingdom’s efforts toward supporting humanitarian efforts “in keeping with the leadership’s recognition of the severity of aggression suffered by our Palestinian brothers.”

“The bank’s technical and human resources are dedicated to facilitate the donation process. Its ATMs are prepared to accept donations, and contributions can also be made through telephone banking and AlAhli Online,” Bahamdan added. He urged all employees to support the benevolent campaign by making generous donations and obtain the gratification of Allah.

In addition to its donation, the bank has designated one account at all its branches kingdomwide to accept donations to support the campaign. It also has another account designated for donations made by employees.
