TAIF: Police here arrested two Yemeni overstayers suspected of killing two compatriots at a farm north of Taif last week.

Police spokesman Maj. Turki Al-Shihri said the suspects came to the Kingdom with the intention of killing the two men due to some disagreement they had in Yemen.

Police had earlier arrested a man in connection with the murders. After receiving information about a fight in one of the farms officers reached there and found an unidentified Yemeni national soaked in blood with a severe head injury. On searching the farm, police discovered the body of another Yemeni. Al-Shihri did not reveal the names of the victims and the murder suspects.

Meanwhile, a police spokesman in Madinah said an Arab woman committed suicide by jumping from her fourth floor apartment yesterday.

He did not identify the woman but said she was in her 40s and lived with her husband and children. The spokesman said early investigations indicated the woman was mentally ill.
