RIYADH: A Saudi man who led an armed gang that committed several robberies and dealt in drugs was executed in Riyadh yesterday, the Ministry of Interior announced.
Fahd bin Nasser bin Fahd Al-Homaidan was found guilty of heading a gang that robbed women of their jewelry, burgled shops, sold drugs and ran a prostitution ring, the ministry said in a statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency.
