RIYADH: The Institution of Engineers Pakistan — Saudi Arabian Center (IEP-SAC), Eastern Province Chapter, will host a technical seminar in collaboration with Ground Engineering Contractors (GEC) in Dhahran International Hotel-Alkhobar tomorrow. The seminar will focus on technical issues including the seepage and other problems related to Tarbela Dam of Pakistan. The key speaker would be Parvez Naushahi, general manager of GEC and also the finance secretary of IEP-SAC Eastern Province Chapter.
