JEDDAH: Arab National Bank’s (ANB’s) Recruitment & Training Department recently marked the graduation of a new batch of executive management trainees that have successfully completed a six-month, intensive training program.
The trainees, who had either master’s or bachelor’s degrees, were selected to join the bank as part of ANB’s strategy to source, recruit and hire young Saudis. Throughout the program, a dedicated team of experienced trainers was able to impart to the trainees essential knowledge and skills in various financial and banking activities to the highest professional and technical standards.
Another batch of graduate executive management trainees has commenced their six-month program at the training center and will graduate this summer.
