RIYADH: STC is offering up to 40 percent discounts to “My Group” subscribers in SMS and MMS being sent between friends, colleagues or even family members at a cost of 15 halalas per SMS and 40 Halalas for MMS.
“My Group” is an exclusive service for STC customers. The activation of the service is free of charge and the monthly subscription is as low as SR5 per month. With this service, STC customers can establish five special groups, in addition to the choice of adding 20 customers to each group. After establishing the group, the customer can send SMS and MMS to all members of the group in one process.
The 40 percent discount will be taken off the message rate once the customer sends messages for whole group.
