JEDDAH: The JCA Cricket Complex at Usfan, reputedly the biggest of its kind in the Middle East with 10 grounds, will be inaugurated during a formal opening ceremony starting at 1:30 p.m. with the staging of four 20 overs festivals today.

Two international star cricket players from the sub continent are expected to arrive and participate in the ground breaking ceremony of the JCA complex today

All the participating team members and their management are requested to be on time and the route maps have been provided and there will be two air-conditioned buses departing to the JCA complex from Al Aziziah District at 11 a.m. sharp for the benefit of anyone who might have difficulties of transportation.

International Indian School Jeddah takes on Pakistan International School Jeddah, and Saeed Anwar XI faces Mohammad Yousuf XI. The other two matches will send the Patrons XI against Chairman XI and President XI against Vice President XI. All the arrangements have been completed in record time for the complex inauguration.

All 10 grounds will have all the amenities and facilities.

Eight out of the 10 grounds are ready for play and the remaining two are for future plans to make floodlit grass turf.

For the concrete pitches, high quality specifications of concrete has been used and the finishing of surface of the cricket pitches and the run up for the bowlers utilized the power float and the skilled workforce of industrial top coat epoxy coating of Jotun Paints. The M/s. Fatima Aqqad Est. group of professional workforce under Zaheer Ahmed Khan worked day and night the last three weeks under the guidance of Qasim Abdul Qader to prepare the best concrete pitches ever made in the Kingdom by any organization.

There will be family sitting area, access road and car parking, tents for the participating teams as dressing rooms, and a central stores area for the inaugural matches.
