JEDDAH: Emirati singer Ruwaida Al-Mahrooqi will appear on the Abu Dhabi Channel entertainment program “Layali Al-Samar” on Wednesday 8 p.m. along with Egyptian singer Khaled Saleem. Ruwaida talked recently on television along with Khaled Saleem about her recent safari trip and about her personal love of Beirut. During the program, she spoke about her latest album “Mahri Ghali” (“My Dowry is High”) and how she tries to mix Western music with Gulf music. Ruwaida talked about her TV production study although she is a singer and revealed her interest in acting. She will reveal through the program her bad relations with the press and why she believes the press is behind her troubles. Khaled Saleem talked about singing in different languages, including Persian, Indian, Turkish and English.
