YANBU: Police in Yanbu are investigating two apparent suicides that took place yesterday in and near Yanbu. The first case involves a 50-year-old Pakistani man who appears to have hanged himself. Police ruled out foul play after a friend of the deceased informed police of the body.
In another apparent suicide, a 37-year-old Saudi was found dead in his vehicle. He died of a point-blank shotgun blast to the head.
Friends of the deceased said the man had been increasingly reclusive in recent weeks.
