The company stated that this is a way to recognize his Majesty’s outstanding services to his people and to expatriates in Saudi Arabia. The site also highlights his vast contributions to the Arab and Islamic worlds in particular, and to the entire world in general. The public is invited to post their testimonials and signatures at the website www.mykingabdullah.com in confirmation of their love and appreciation.
“Expressing love and gratitude is important and required. Through this website (www.mykingabdullah.com) we aim to give the opportunity to everyone to express love and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for his support and great humanitarian contributions to the whole world,” said Ahmed Hani Mahmoud Taibah, managing director of eDesign Koein. “After collecting one million signatures showing the love for the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, we shall print a book with all signatures and testimonies posted and present it to him as a gift on the occasion of the Kingdom’s National Day.”
The site, which is in Arabic only, has links to many sections related to the life and achievements of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, including a special section about his history, successes and hobbies. Users can view testimonies posted by others. The site uses the latest Flash and Ajax technology applications for easy use and excellent display.
