MADINAH: Two people were killed and five injured — all members of a family — when a car rammed into a water truck at an intersection on the Hijra Road in Madinah Thursday night, Madinah Civil Defense spokesman Col. Mansour Al-Johani said in a statement yesterday. The driver of the truck was unharmed. The small car was caught under the truck and the passengers were saved after the mangled parts of the car were removed with the help of a metal cutter. The victims were taken to the Miqat General Hospital.
