YANBU: Police arrested a Saudi man impersonating the identity of a municipal official.
The Saudi was going around to commercial outlets threatening fake citations in order to extort bribes. If a shopkeeper didn’t have money, the man would accept the phone cards they were selling instead.
The man was caught in the act, police said.
