MAKKAH: Police in the Eastern Province city of Saihat have identified a burned body found in a sewage tank by an Asian expatriate as a 26-year-old Saudi that had been reported missing. Forensic experts believe the man died about a month earlier.
The remains were identified by poring through photos of locally missing persons and comparing the DNA of suspected matches with next-of-kin until they found the family. The Saudi man's parents said he was suffering from mental problems.
