DAMMAM: The police here caught a pharmacist trying to bribe an official from the Department of Health Affairs to cancel violations registered against his pharmacy, a newspaper reported on Wednesday. Assad Saud, spokesman for the department, said the official informed his superiors that the pharmacist offered him a bribe and they asked him to go for it. Meanwhile, they informed the police, who trapped the pharmacist and arrested him while actually offering a bribe to the health official.
