RIYADH: Passport Departments all over the Kingdom will operate during Eid Al-Fitr holidays in order to provide emergency services to both Saudis and expatriates. The announcement was made on Wednesday and passport office directors have been instructed to make arrangements to provide emergency services without delay, said Maj. Gen. Salim Al-Belaihed, director general of the department.
