CANBERRA: Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd has highlighted the deep-rooted relations between Saudi Arabia and his country. In a statement on the occasion of Saudi Arabia’s National Day, he said bilateral trade between the two countries reached $3.5 billion. About 7,500 Saudis are pursuing higher studies at Australian universities, he added.
