JEDDAH: Saudi Arabian Airlines is set to host the Arab Air Carriers Organization’s (ACCO) 42nd annual general assembly meeting in Jeddah on the Oct. 17, according to Abdullah Al-Ajhar, Saudia’s PR assistant. Under the sponsorship of Crown Prince Sultan, ACCO’s current CEO and Saudia’s Director General Khaled Abdullah Al-Melhim will chair the three-day meeting.
NWC announces new projects
RIYADH: The National Water Company (NWC) plans for SR10 billion new projects in Riyadh and Jeddah to be implemented after two years from now, an NWC official said in a statement. The NWC is currently implementing a total number of 145 projects in Riyadh and Jeddah at a cost of SR18 billion. In addition, the company is currently constructing strategic reservoirs and treatment plants at a cost of SR807 million.
