JEDDAH: A Yemeni who had his briefcase snatched and the Saudi who assisted him in pursuing the snatchers uncovered a gang that was targeting people leaving banks. Police spokesman Col. Misfar Al-Juaid said that the Yemeni was carrying SR100,000 in the briefcase when it was taken from him by an African man. A Saudi then offered the Yemeni a ride to follow the car that the crook entered. The men then called the police who arrested a number of gang members and recovered the booty.
