RIYADH: The Health Ministry announced on Wednesday the death of two expatriates as a result of swine flu, bringing the total number of people who have died of the disease in the Kingdom to 28. So far there have been over 3,500 confirmed cases of H1N1 in Saudi Arabia, which were mostly cured.
