JEDDAH: A workshop on pest management in food facilities is being held in collaboration with Saudi Arabian Standards Organization (SASO) at Royal Casablanca Hotel in Jeddah on Nov. 7.

Organized by JohnsonDiversey, a world leader in food safety solution, cleaning chemicals and equipment provider, the event will be chaired by SASO Director Nabeel bin Amin Mulla, a qualified trainer from the United States. He will deal with the management of problems related to the pest and give them an understanding of the subject.

A UK expert will also present the solutions, strategies and related products. Two trainers from the company’s local team will address the participants regarding the cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Pest management is a big issue challenging the quality and high-level of standards for many businesses including hotel and hospitality business, food and pharmaceutical industries, restaurants, food and beverage facilities, hospitals, clinics, and many other professional services.
