JEDDAH: A construction worker died and seven others were injured when the roof of a mosque under construction collapsed on Friday.
The Civil Defense said the accident took place at 10.30 a.m. in the city’s Manar district while workers were pouring concrete on the roof.
The injured have been taken to hospital.
