JEDDAH: Samba Dubai has won emeafinance’s “Best New Bank in the UAE Award” for its major achievements since launching its business in the United Arab Emirates, irrespective of the global financial turmoil. Sheikh Maktoom Bin Mohammad Al-Maktoom, deputy governor of Dubai, opened the bank in November 2008.
