Saudi Japanese Automobile High Institute (SJAHI) and King Faisal Hospital and Research Centre-Jeddah (KFHRC-J) marked a new era of cooperation over the weekend when both staff and students of SJAHI lined up and waited for their turn to donate blood, knowing this kind of act will someday help save lives.
KFHRC-J through the initiative of SJAHI management sent one mobile blood-donation bus and a medical team to SJAHI campus to collect blood from around 500 plus willing donors.
The occasion was a huge success based on the turn out of volunteers. Both SJAHI and KFHRC-J hope for a repeat of this undertaking in the future.
