JEDDAH: Fresh off a round 10 3-1 victory over Al-Fateh, Al-Nasr hopes to keep its momentum when it plays Al-Raid in one of three round 11 matches on Wednesday in the Saudi Professional League.
Nasr is widely tipped to beat bottom team Raid and secure the game’s three points in the match in Buraidah. Nar is seventh in the team standings with 10 points while Raid only has five points to show thus far to languish in the cellar.
In the second match, Al-Qadisia hosts Al-Shabab in Alkhobar. The sides drew their round 10 matches.
Shabab tied Hilal 2-2 and Qadisia shared the spoils with Al-Ittifaq 1-1. Shabab is looking to add three points to its tally in a bid to catch up with league-leading Al-Hilal and increase the gap on third-ranked Al-Ittihad. Shabab is second with 23 points and Qadesia 10th with only seven points.
The last match of the day is between Al-Hazem and Al-Wehda in Al-Rass. Wehda is eighth with 10 points and Hazem sixth with 11 points.
