RIYADH: Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah on Thursday appointed presidents of the four new universities as well as an Interior Ministry undersecretary.
Dr. Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Robaish was named president of Dammam University while Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Muhammad Al-Asmi was named president of Al-Kharj University.
Dr. Saeed bin Turki Al-Mulla is the president of Shaqraa University and Dr. Khaled bin Saad Al-Muqrin is the president of Majmaa University, a Royal Decree issued by the king said.
King Abdullah issued another decree appointing Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Battal as undersecretary at the Ministry of Interior, the Saudi Press Agency said.
