JEDDAH: The Court of Grievances has postponed its decision on the sale of a plot of land belonging to fraudster Fuad Al-Ajhouri in north Obhur in Jeddah.
An outcome is now expected next week, legal auditor Saleh Al-Naeem told Arab News on Tuesday. “The court did not issue a decision on the case today and the new date for it will be next week,” Al-Naeem said.
Victims of the fraud invested millions in a bogus housing project set up by Al-Ajhouri over 27 years ago. The court has to decide whether to sell the land to compensate those who were conned.
