He said the committee had taken into consideration the family’s demands including transfer of evidence to the Commission for Investigation and Public Prosecution.
Abdul Rahman Al-Ojaili, chairman of the committee, said the hospital and the medical team should answer the family and their lawyer’s questions.
Tuesday’s session, held at the Directorate of Health Affairs in Jeddah, was attended by the dead doctor’s wife, father and brothers.
