- MADINAH: Fed up with his son-in-law’s drinking and abusing his daughter, a man beat his son-in-law up, tied his hands behind his back and then dumped him in a dumpster, Al-Madinah newspaper reported.
The son-in-law had argued with the man and hit him in the face. Incensed by his behavior, the man — together with his daughter and son — set upon the son-in-law, tying his hands with a shimagh, beating him up and then putting him in the dumpster.
As he lay in the bin, the son-in-law threatened to call the police. When local residents tried to intervene and take him out, the father called on them not to do so saying he deserved to sleep in the bin rather than with his daughter, who he had been abusing for the past five years.
