- QATIF: A Saudi youth fleeing police stole a car that had the engine running not knowing there was a three-year-old in the back seat, Al-Madinah newspaper reported.
The youth panicked after seeing the child and handed himself in at a local police station. Police arrested the youth and recovered the child who was not harmed.
