MAKKAH: The general prosecution and investigation board in Makkah has opened an investigation into an Asian expatriate accused of attempting to bribe a police officer, a local daily reported.
The man allegedly gave the officer SR200 to release an Asian overstayer who was working with him in the gold market. The police officer pretended to accept the bribe before arresting him.
