“The incident occurred when a man was riding home in Al-Khumrah southern Jeddah. Two individuals approached and stopped his car and asked for a ride to the nearby Souq Al-Khumrah.

The two men then attacked and beat him until he fainted, they then stole his cell phone and SR300,” head of Jeddah police Col. Misfar Al-Juaid said.

According to Al-Juaid when the victim woke up, he called the cops and gave a description of the two attackers.

Based on the man’s leads police intensified the search for the two suspect and captured them. They were then shown to the victim who identified both of them.
