A prenuptial agreement between Victoria and Daniel Westling, her former personal trainer, means he would have no claim to her inheritance or income.

The contract, filed Monday, says that Westling, a commoner who became a prince when they married June 19, would only be entitled to half of their private household possessions.

Last year, the crown princess' household received 4.8 million kronor ($630,000) — or 8 percent of state funds reserved for the royal court.

After they married, Daniel quit his job as chief executive of a gym he owns.
