According to a labor court judgment, Babkair has to pay SR51,490 in compensation to Palakkathodi Abdul Aziz. “The court has transferred all papers related to the case to the General Court in Jeddah to confiscate Babkair’s properties, enlist him as a wanted person to be arrested and suspend his services,” the Foreign Ministry’s office in the Makkah province said in a letter to the Indian Consulate.
