The family was vacationing in Jordan when they had an argument that resulted in them wanting to divorce each other. The local embassy advised the warring couple to return home in order to proceed with the divorce. However, the fight between them escalated as they crossed the Saudi border. The husband filed a complaint against the wife at a police station in the northern Saudi town of Arar, accusing her of assaulting him and influencing their kids. Somehow, police officers managed to resolve the case between the couple.
