The 19-year-old youth, who is currently being treated at King Khaled Hospital in Hail, is in a critical condition as the bullet pierced his chest. The youth said the suspect, who was sitting in a jeep, had been involved in a quarrel with him before the attack.

Eventually, the man fired at him with a gun and drove away, said Hail police spokesman Lt. Col. Abdul Aziz Al-Zubaidi, adding that investigations are under way.
