This is Mobily's sixth year running in Haj. Mobily delivers exceptional services to Haj pilgrims and workers serving them, with no complaints of service disruption on the mobile network. Over the course of those six years, Mobily has proven that it can deliver robust and reliable telecommunication service in Makkah in general and specifically in Makkah.

Matching this was Arafat Day usage on Mobily's networks in the Makkah area, which was announced earlier as having jumped by 46 percent compared to last year's usage figures. Call success rates reaching new highs, and network performance exceeded international benchmarks.

Contributing to this distinguished performance was Mobily’s marketing and availability through points of sale all over the holy areas.

This year round, Mobily is the official partner for "Haj is Worship and Civilized Behavior" in cooperation with the Makkah governorate. As part of that partnership, Mobily distributed hundreds of thousands of umbrellas and provided free public WiFi.
