Al-Mogbill expressed satisfaction over the new models of cars displayed by well-known carmakers all over the world as he toured the sprawling exhibition area.

"Saudi Arabia has a very strong economic growth outlook driven by a number of strategic advantages such as strong purchasing power, steady population growth, low tariffs on imported cars and minimal fuel cost," said Mohammad Al-Hussaini, deputy general manager of the Riyadh Exhibitions Company, as he talked about the Kingdom as market for cars.

He added that the excellent market conditions are reflected in the impressive guest list of this year's car exhibition, which has again gathered all of the leading industry players in the local automotive industry along with thousands of potential car buyers and visitors.

"A very impressive array of new cars, accessories, automotive solutions and value-added services are being showcased, so this is truly an event that should not be missed by all automotive professionals and enthusiasts," he said.

He added that the exhibition is also showcasing the latest models of passenger cars, station wagons, Sports Utility Vehicles (SUVs), pick-up trucks, motorcycles, special purpose vehicles and 4X4 vehicles.

Al-Hussani added that the exhibition also presents a premium collection of the latest automobile accessories and repair service equipment, gas station equipment, automobile parts, tires, exhausts and batteries, and automobile care products.

He said a total of 61 exhibitors are participating in this year's exhibition. The exhibitors come from nine countries which include Saudi Arabia, Brazil, China, Germany, Japan, Jordan, Lebanon, United Arab Emirates and the United States.
