- Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, chairman of the Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), being awarded the Medal of Friendship by Vietnam’s President Nguyen Minh Triet at a ceremony held at the presidential palace in Hanoi in the presence of Princess Ameerah Al-Taweel, vice chairwoman of the Board of Trustees of the Alwaleed bin Talal Foundation.
The prince was accompanied by a delegation from the KHC and Alwaleed Foundation. During the trip, the prince also met Prime Minister of Vietnam Nguyen Tan Dung and the country’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Gia Khiem. (AN photo)
