Basamad said 18 companies benefited from the services provided by the employment center, including Avon Saudi Arabia, which employed 121 women to market beauty products of the company.  Aqwat Food Company (Al-Baik) employed 27 women in production while Dar Bandar (Center Point) employed 10 women as cashiers. During January, Etihad Atheeb Telecom employed three women in their call center, Mobily employed three women as sales representatives, Al-Khaleej Training and Education Co. employed three IT female instructors, while Design Principles Advertising Agency employed a group of women designers. Three women have been recruited by Al-Falak Schools, while Samina Trading Group provided two positions for women — a branch manager and an accountant. According to Rola Basamad, the female employment center at BRJ, which is part of ALJ Community Initiatives, is always seeking to create a women-friendly environment based on Shariah, including separate sections.
