- BANGKOK: Thailand's PTT Exploration and Production Pcl PTTE.BK said it was in talks with Malaysia's state oil company Petronas about joint gas exploration in the Gulf of Thailand.
PTTEP has set budget of up to 20 billion baht ($649.6 million) to explore gas at a Joint Development Area in the Gulf, but had not concluded the talks or agreed details on the proposal with Petronas, chief executive Anon Sirisaengtaksin said.
