- JEDDAH: The Appeals Court has endorsed the verdict given by the Administrative Court asking Baha police to pay SR17,000 in compensation to a Saudi for putting him in prison for 30 days without formal charges.
According to a report carried by Al-Hayat Arabic daily, the court has already forwarded its decision to the Baha police to pay the compensation. The plaintiff said he would file another case against the Baha police for causing the divorce of his wife.
