- JEDDAH: The Ministry of Civil Service said a total of 13,613 employees had, until January, spent over four years in the same positions without being promoted, Al-Wieeam electronic newspaper reported.
The ministry said this might lead to job stagnation and close the door to new recruitment. It added that 854 Saudis were working in jobs that are not commensurate with their academic qualifications or practical experience.
